We need this notice to locate volunteers willing to do an SR. Hyannis and past Hyannis SR's should book a minimum of 2-3 weeks in advance as we have a limited number of volunteers willing to go that far. The more notice, the better chance of finding a volunteer.
Most volunteers sign up about 2 weeks in advance to do an SR, so the longest notice possible means most likely chance of getting a volunteer.
Our volunteer call goes out on Thursday night and sign-ups continue thru that Sunday and the sign ups are generally for 2+ weeks in advance.
Urgent requests for less than 5 working days notice can be accepted, but advise the member that it is unlikely a volunteer will be found. We will notify the member 2 working days before the SR if we cannot provider a volunteer.
